Ben Bellet is a residential real estate specialist in the ReMax Beverly Hills Estates office who brings an impressive real estate and accounting background to his position. A native of Los Angeles, California, Ben received a Bachelors in Accounting from California State University, Northridge in 1983. Admitted to the Certified Public Accounting Associations in 1986, he worked for Touch-Ross, a Big-Eight Accounting Firm from 1983-1987. Ben's background in accounting and real estate provided him a critical edge in today's highly competitive real estate field.
His successes as a salesperson can be traced to his first year of becoming and agent when he was named "Rookie of the Year." He has been a consecutive member of the Founders Circle which represents the top 1% of all agents and has earned more than his share of honors, awards, salutations and recognition from salespeople, managers, and even the Founder and President of ReMax.
Ben has listed and sold homes, income properties, and condominium projects from the $500,000's to $5,000,000. Ben is consistently the top listing and selling agent in the Beverly Hills Estates Office.
